As Vice President and CDO of Criswell Communication, KCBI Radio Dallas/Fort Worth, Mr. Nance was responsible for fund-raising listener support for 4 non commercial Christian radio stations. Funding responsibilities included over $3 million dollars in listener support.

As Associate Pastor, Administration and Communications of Sagamore Hill Baptist Church, Fort Worth Texas, Mr. Nance functioned as CFO of $1.3 million budget with over $500,000 in additional designated receipts. He was also was responsible for the administration of an eight-acre facility and an additional fifty acres of property management. He had direct supervision of 25 to 35 full and part time employees and was responsible for over $3 million dollars in renovation of Sagamore Hill Baptist Church while maintaining a debt free status. He also produced, directed and edited a weekly television one-hour broadcast, supervised the design and installation of all television, radio and sound reinforcement systems. Mr. Nance has also previously owned and operated a commercial photographic studio and processing lab as well as commercial construction and contracting business.
